The Waterpower District Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people as we seek to restore the community’s pride and quality of life through innovative economic empowerment, entrepreneurial development, and community-driven support.

We believe having a sense of mission in our pursuit of a greater community has substantially changed our mindset and work ethic. We are more relentless as we will feel that within us, we are working toward an ideal wherein we can make a significant impact on the Southwest Corridor and the lives of constituents.

The potential benefits of the development at the Waterpower District will improve and strengthen our southwest and west side neighborhoods and grow our local economy. In addition, the outcome inspires us with a sense of mission and vision for our venture so that we will make a positive difference in the Rockford Community.
